Called the Muncie store, some how got transferred to Indy store without telling me. Placed order, the order went to wrong store. Had to wait the weekend to receive order. Really just an inconvenience, not too upset. However, you need to fix your phone system so that people don't get inadvertently sent to the wrong store.

I have all of our construction drawings printed here, and have worked with eastern for years. They are quick, and accurate, and extremely careful to print out exactly what you need, with follow ups anytime there is something unclear in the documents sent. I also do some personal printing of photography there as well when I am printing some artwork to put on the wall. Always great service and exceptional results.

Christopher B Burke Engineering LLC has worked with Eastern Engineering (EE) for nearly 20 years, and we have always received exceptional service. We have purchased a number of plotters and scanners from Eastern over the years, and from the initial consultation leading up to the installation and training, EE's customer service is second to none. Dedication and fairness is what EE is all about.

Whenever we have had a hardware issue, technicians are usually on site the same day (next day at the latest), and make sure everything is up and running before they leave. I can't say enough about the professionalism and expertise of the techs that have been out to service our equipment.

Supply orders are filled quickly and accurately, and any outdated paper and toners are returned to EE with credit given to our account. Everything is tracked digitally, so EE usually knows we need something before we do!

We have also used EE's Plan Room to fulfill orders, and we have never had an issue with quality of prints or timetables for meeting our needs. We have used other Repro companies in the past with varying degrees of success. We now use Eastern Engineering exclusively for all of our projects.

Due to shipping delays, our company was given 7 days notice to print instructions and medication labels for some usability research on a medical device. As you can imagine, the items had to match commercial quality and we could not find any shops that could do our non-standard sizes. Luckily my mom, an architect and long-time customer of Eastern Engineering (back when it was Dean's Printing in Champaign) suggested I call Mike. Mike Laurent's excellent customer service on this time-sensitive print job exceeded our expectations. Thanks to his timely quote, inquiry into our printing specs/needs, and contingency planning, we were able to get the materials ahead of our deadline with minimal stress. When we heard our shipment would be even more delayed, we tripled our order of medication labels just to cover our bases. Eastern Engineering was a pleasure to work with, and their pricing was very reasonable. We hope to do business again with them in the future! Much thanks again Mike!

I brought a project in for Mike to duplicate a print of a lake area that a group of friends and I had just returned from after a Canadian fishing trip. Mike told me what he could do and what it would most likely look like when finished and when it would be ready. He provided more than he promised with a couple of different versions that he included with my order and it was ready exactly when he said it would be completed.

During the mid 70’s to mid 90’s while working for a local municipal engineering department I worked closely with the Schwenk family and Deans Superior Blue Print who is now Eastern Engineering Supply. Mike and Eastern Engineering Supply are carrying on the quality of customer service and finished product that I was used to receiving from Deans. I highly recommend Eastern Engineering Supply for all of your copying or print projects.

Mike has helped me out tremendously for the past few years whether that's printing out small construction sets to large construction sets or renderings mounted on foam board. He is always quick and completes the job much faster than I anticipate. Furthermore, Mike goes over and beyond by checking our set to make sure the construction sets look accurate. There were a few times where he caught small mistakes and called me before the print so we didn't end up wasting the print. He is always patient, and to top it all off, he is always very friendly when you see him at the store.
