We’re proud of our reputation, and work at it at every step. Founded by the Langdon family in 1972, Eastern Engineering is led by Mary Langdon, CEO. Active members of the Indiana and Ohio construction communities, Eastern Engineering is active in AIA and BOMA. This community involvement lets us identify customer needs and take a leading role in defining the solutions to help.

Mary Langdon, founder and CEO. For nearly forty years, Mary has provided the corporate leadership and innovative vision that Eastern Engineering is built upon. Her focus is dedicated to serving client needs as well as supporting the AEC industry’s continued growth and development.

Mark Langdon, President, partners with AEC customers to manage the flow of critical information for construction projects in Indiana and Ohio. Mark has formed key relationships with suppliers in order to guide solutions and bring them to Eastern’s customers first. Mark also serves on the board of RSA (Reprographics Services Association) and eDevelopment, an industry consortium dedicated to building technology that creates construction efficiencies.

Mark earned his BS in Management from Ball State University. His life-long experience serving the AEC industry has enabled Mark to be a valuable resource to customers for addressing new and emerging needs.

Mike Worley, VP of Sales, has worked with customers to streamline their construction document workflow for 15 years. His energy and enthusiasm makes him an ideal partner on a complex construction project. Mike works with customers to identify ways to print less, and recommend technology that fits your construction process.

Michael earned his BA in Management from Ball State University in 1997 and is an active participant in Industry Trade Associations and served as President of SMPS Indiana in 2009-2010.

Tony Dargo, Account Manager, provides Construction Information Management (CIM) and other digital services to Architects, Engineering and Construction firms throughout the Mid-West.

Tony began his professional career with a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University. For the past eight years, Tony has developed applications aimed at providing both established and emerging contractors with an online bid & build management solutions. Currently he serves on the eDistribution Plan Room design and development committee. This plan room is utilized by more than forty CIM companies across the nation and is considered an industry leader in plan room technology. He continues to explore new ways to utilize technology and innovative software design within the AEC industry.

Scott Bunch is the operations manager for Eastern Engineering locations and helps lead a customer focused technology team.

A 2002 graduate of Anderson University with a degree in Business Finance, Scott has over ten years of experience within the AEC community. He has developed a comprehensive understanding of workflow within the built environment and its needs related to document management solutions. As a manager of all locations, Scott’s primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide clients with solution based services. His solid footing in production combined with his remarkable dedication make him an essential leader for our industry.

Jamie Vaughn is the general manager for Eastern Engineering’s Fort Wayne location where she oversees day to day operations.

A 13 year veteran of Eastern Engineering, Jamie’s bright smile and friendly demeanor creates a fun, customer-focused environment. Her firm footing in AEC workflow and processes have proven invaluable in meeting changing customers’ needs. Jamie has attended Indiana Business College where she majored in Accounting.

Dawn Langdon, in charge of Human Resources and Account Administration, Dawn brings over 10 years experience serving the AEC industry. As the client’s day-to-day contact for most accounting questions, she works diligently to keep all clients’ accounts updated and current.

Sue Bauer, Service Manager, helps provide large format equipment solutions and installation of all systems offered through Eastern Engineering. She works diligently with clients to solve most issues on a single call and manage certified technicians taking preventative measures against downtime. Serving in her role for almost 10 years, Sue has over 20 years of customer service management. She graduated from the University of Nebraska/Kearney with a BA in Business Administration/Management.

Alex Hughes, Alex manages Eastern Engineering’s color graphic department and assists clients with expert graphic solutions. He is well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite software and has over 15 years of experience with color graphics, pre-press, and solvent technologies.

Jodi Becker, Distribution Department Manager for Eastern Engineering, is a 2009 graduate of IUPUI with a BS in Environmental Science & Health. Her primary concerns are digital document management, quality assurance, and customer service. Within ever-changing industry processes, Jodi has been critical to the success of managing daily operations on Eastern Engineering’s eDistribution online plan rooms. With the addition of eCommunication to help manage built environment place workflow, Jodi and the entire Distribution Department are excited to help with your next project.

Tamara Davis strives to make Eastern better able to serve client needs through her color graphics and marketing roles. She has created many strong partnerships with vendors and clients and has established best practices within Eastern Engineering, ensuring continuous improvement serving customers. Tamara is a 2002 graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
